Withdrawal Policy
Statutory Right of Withdrawal
Consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail or letter).
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
The refund will be made using the same means of payment as used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Exclusion and Limitation of the Right of Withdrawal for Personalised Products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised, in particular engraved watches.
If only the watch strap has been personalised or engraved, the right of withdrawal remains available for the non-personalised watch itself.
In this case, the personalised or engraved strap, including the engraving service, is excluded from return.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, we will refund the purchase price of the watch minus the value of the personalised strap and the engraving costs.
The deduction is based on the price list applicable at the time of the order for straps and engraving services and is limited to the actual value of the personalised components and the engraving service.
